Availability is still a huge issue with 59% of our responding clients reporting that they could not book their timeshare when they wanted to.

Other clients found that the look of their timeshare had degraded over time whilst 69% found that their holiday ownership did not turn out to be how they were told it would be.

In all, a concerning 86% of the clients who gave us feedback believed they were mis-sold.
